1. press CTRL+N, and open up a blank canvas, chose any size you think is good. I chose 500x200.

2. select your colors in the left toolbar, i randomly chose #FAAF44, a very pale orange.

3. on the top toolbar, go to FILTER > RENDER > CLOUDS. this should give your canvas a orange and white cloudy effect.

4. now go there again, but this time select difference of clouds. it will invert what we just did earlier. go to FILTER > RENDER > DIFFERENCE CLOUDS

5. now, once again to to FILTER at the top toolbar and go down to ARTISTIC then to PLASTIC WRAP. the settings here is up to you. you can adjust it to how you see fit.

6. you could end it now, it looks pretty sweet already. i will take it one step further and give it a just a hit of green to complete our SLIME effect. Go to the top toolbar again and select IMAGE > ADJUSTMENTS > HUE/SATURATION. On the options window that pops ups, check the COLORIZE box and adjust the settings to how you see fit. follow mines if you want a green hue for your slime. press OK

7. This is what yours should look like right now. now we are done. you can add text to it to complete a signature or web graphic if you like.
