| 1.2 Go Filter > Textures > Grain |
| 1.3 Intensity: 100 / Contrast: 100 / Grain Type: Vertical |

| 2. Go Filter > Artistic > Neon Glow (Before make sure you have the color #000000 in the color picker) |
| 2.1 Glow Size: 5 / Glow Bridgtness: 20 / Glow Color: #00FF00 |
